“To show our love, and in support of Gift for Life, we have created bracelets specifically designed for this day,” said Joe Cerbo, Co-Founder and CEO.  Since its founding in 2013, Chavez for Charity has raised more than $700,000 for select charitable causes. Its stylish products made with quality materials at an affordable price are available in more than 4,500 of the leading stores in the U.S. as well as online.

Chavez for Charity’s World AIDS Day bracelets are black accented with red detail to symbolize hope and solidarity with HIV-positive people and those living with AIDS.  Each women’s bracelet will be $5.00 wholesale and men’s will be $6.00.

“We are so grateful to the incredible partners GFL has in Chavez for Charity.  They are an amazing organization, with social conscious beyond compare,” said Frank Joens, chairman of the Gift For Life Board.  “As we are reminded of the continuing health crisis here on World AIDS Day, we are especially appreciative of CFC’s ongoing generosity.”

First observed in 1988 and celebrated annually on December 1, World AIDS Day was initiated by health ministers from around the world who called for a spirit of social tolerance and a greater awareness of HIV/AIDS on an international scale. An estimated 34 million people are living with HIV, the virus that causes AIDS, and more than 35 million have died from the disease.

Each year, Gift for Life hosts events throughout the U.S. benefitting DIFFA. The primary mission of Gift for Life and DIFFA is to eradicate the AIDS pandemic in the U.S. Working together, Gift for Life and DIFFA will continue to raise funds for HIV/AIDS service and education programs.
